1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Returns & Replacements
A return or replacement may be requested if you receive:
A damaged book
The wrong book
A book with significant printing or binding defects
3. Unboxing Video
Please record an unboxing video from the beginning of opening the parcel. The video may be required to verify damaged, missing, or incorrect products.
4. Reporting an Issue
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel and provide your order details along with clear photos and an unboxing video.
5. Change of Mind
Returns or exchanges are generally not accepted if the correct product was delivered in good condition and the customer simply changes their mind.
6. Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through an available payment method after verification of the issue.
7. Delivery Charges
Where the return is due to an error by Book Lovers BD or an eligible damaged/incorrect product, applicable return or replacement delivery charges will be handled by us.
